RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At AMK Gold, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as earrings or personalized products cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us by email.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
