Return & Refund Policy
At AMK Gold, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, please contact us at amk.gold99@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including earrings and personalized products. Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us via email.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.
Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
